Writing - Date At Outback Steakhouse

When you have a guy on one arm and girls on the other, you be pimpin' A.K.A. I went to dinner in drag so I could see a friend in a dress. Let me explain.

Students at Stony Brook University who dorm are required to have campus spending points. Campus points equal food. Much like many people during the last two weeks of school, they get spent. One friend from the Science Fiction Forum (a club on the campus) in particular, Drew, put on his AIM message "Will cross dress for food." Barbara saw it and word got back to Kevin Omega. Kevin works at Outback Steak House. Drew agreed for a free dinner to dress in drag.

I have to say Drew makes for a lovely chick. He's tall, thin, cute, and not too fuzzy if you don't count under his arms or les. Goth Emily said if I went in drag she would be my date. I was all for it. I even brought her some chocolate. She came in a lovely black shirt skirt dress, spider fishnet, and boots. I have to say she looked stunning.

Apparently I look good in a suit. I turned some heads, and Drew got stares and laughs. Drew didn't mind at all and he was a wonderful sport. Here's what I wore and where I got it from:

Mine: pants, bra, knickers, hairband, belt (not sure why my belt was in my dad's closet, but it was)
Mom's: undershirt, socks
Brother's: shoes, shirt
Dad's: Tie, jacket
Kevin Omega: Ear piece, sunglasses

On a side note, Kevin said outside of Outback to a family leaving for the parking lot, "Hey kids, look! It's a man in a dress." The kids and mom laughed. The dad looked like he wanted to kill Kevin. I on the other hand had Kia on one arm and Drew in the other with a nice pair of shades. Life is good.
