I recommend using Photoshop versions 5.5 or higher
for Mac or Windows.

The original Chrysler Building
eagle gargoyles (A). It was then
ran through the smart blur filter
and blurred/sharpened (B) in sections
after enlarging the background
color was given a slight fade
using the linear gradient.
2.
The original eastern view of
Manhattan (A) and the results
after being ran through the
smart blur filter (B) with silhouette
of the eagle.
3.
Clouds and mist are added for effect (A)
on a transparent layer (B).
4.
All sections are combined on seperate layers
(A) with the over-layed character (B).
